Best Job for Anxiety and Depression

The work force can be brutal for those who suffer from anxiety disorder and or depression. For some, they don't like interacting with other people. Some hate having to answer to a boss and no control over their work schedule. And some, like myself, are constating calling in sick because their mental health gets so bad. Once I had to call out sick for two weeks because of my depression. According to DVR (Division of Vocational Rehabilitation), if you have to call out of work 2 weeks consecutively, or longer, you are considered unemployable.

So then what do you do? You could try to get on social security for your state, if you live in the USA, but that is not a guarantee. A lot of the time you will get denied. Now what?

After doing research for a while I have found out the best job for those like myself who have anxiety and depression. The best thing you could do is work online remotely; or more specifically, have an online business. Now stay with me here. You ae probably thinking, "that's too hard and takes too much time". Well, that depends. How motivated are you? Are you willing to work towards your goals, even if you run into an obstacle? Are you willing to not get up until you see the results you want? Then this is the perfect path to take. Now the amount of time it will take, that varies. Some people will see results in less than 6 months, and for others it takes longer. But is it really hard? Honestly, that depends on you too. I've people who have no computer skills what so ever make 6 figures from starting their own online business. Then there are others who give up early in the game and make nothing at all. Whether it works or not, is all up to you.

So what kind of online business am I talking about? There are many different options, depending on how much work you want to do. One that many know is drop shipping. I've tried that. And being one with anxiety, it was a little overwhelming for me. So many things I had keep tract of. Plus I had to spend my own money on Shopify to keep my site up and running when I wasn't making any money to begin with. I looked into a print on demand store and gave that a try too. This is a little easier because you don't have to keep track of inventory and only have one supplier who ship your products for you. This is great if you are an artist. All you have to do is set up your website and draw in the traffic. If you decide to go this route, I would recommend something like Redbubble, they don't charge you to have your store up. But note they will take a small commission. But what is the easiest online job?

Many have claimed that Digital marketing is the easiest online business you can have. Not that it is easy, but it's the easiest compared to others. What is digital marketing? You may know it by another name; Affiliate Marketing. You promote products from other companies, and when you make a sale, you earn a commission. "That doesn't make enough to live off of though" you may think. I've had a few people tell me that. But it depends on what you are selling? Are you selling low ticket products or high ticket products? Basically, how much commission are you going to get paid? It's important to pay attention to these things when you look for a product or business to promote. There are people who have gone this route and very happy with the outcome. Now they work when, where, and for as long as they want. Talk about being your own boss.

"Okay, sounds great", you say, "but where to do I even start?" The best thing you could do, is educate yourself. You don't need to take a course that is thousands of dollars to learn to do this. There are many people on YouTube that give this information for free. Honestly though, I like something with a little more structure and support. That's why I really like this Digital Marketing class I took. It's at your own pace and you can have support along the way. I have to admit, when I first saw this course, I thought it was a scam and I heard many people say the same thing. But because it was so affordable, I figured I wasn't risking that much. It was probably the best decision I have ever made. But please don't take my word for it. Try it out yourself and see what you think about it. From there, you can apply what you learn and begin your own online digital marketing business.
